1. People who are allergic to seafood

In general, people who have seafood allergies should avoid seafood, such as squid and so on. However, there are some people who are allergic to seafood but they don't avoid it because they really love seafood, some even take medicine before or after eating seafood to avoid allergies. Because it is very difficult for us if we have to avoid the food we like, but it would be nice for those of you who suffer from seafood allergies to avoid seafood, because it can harm your health. 3. People who have red eyes

According to specialists, eating shrimp in conditions when the eyes are red can make your eyes worse. Besides shrimp, you are also thirsty to avoid other fishy foods.

4. Asthma sufferers

As stated in the first point (people who are allergic to sea food), there are characteristics of anaphylactic shock, one of which is difficulty breathing due to a swollen throat, meaning for those of you who suffer from asthma you should really stay away because this is very dangerous for your health.
